
Chaga Green Monster Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup brewed chaga mushroom tea, cooled
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped kale
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
- Start by brewing 1 cup of chaga mushroom tea and allow it to cool.
- Add the cooled tea, baby spinach, kale, avocado, banana, almond milk, honey, and lemon juice to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Add the ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
