Smoothies are a delicious and convenient way to get your daily dose of fruits and vegetables. Chaga mushroom tea is a popular superfood known for its immune-boosting and anti-inflammatory properties. In this recipe, we’ll be combining chaga mushroom tea with green vegetables to create a nutrient-dense and energizing smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed chaga mushroom tea, cooled
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped kale
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Start by brewing 1 cup of chaga mushroom tea and allow it to cool.
  2. Add the cooled tea, baby spinach, kale, avocado, banana, almond milk, honey, and lemon juice to a blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth.
  4. Add the ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
