In this recipe, we’ll be combining chaga mushroom tea with tropical fruits to create a refreshing and nutritious smoothie.


  • 1 cup brewed chaga mushroom tea, cooled
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 cup ice cubes


  1. Start by brewing 1 cup of chaga mushroom tea and allow it to cool.
  2. Add the cooled tea, pineapple chunks, banana, coconut milk, honey, and ginger to a blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth.
  4. Add the ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
