Chaga Tomato Sauce

2 pounds of Tomatoes

5 tablespoons of Butter

1 Chopped garlic

1 Tea spoon of pink salt

1 Pinch of pepper

2 Table spoons of olive oil

1 Pinch of all spice

2 Table spoons of maple syrup

2 Table spoons of Chaga Powder

  • Caramelize onions & garlic in the olive oil
  • Add tomatoes (peeled and crushed)
  • Add the rest to the pot and simmer for 40 min
  • Cook pasta of your choice, smother sauce and add some Parmesan
