•1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
•½ cup pure cacao powder
•1 tbsp Chaga mushroom powder
•1 cup sugar or coconut sugar
•1 tsp baking soda
•½ tsp baking powder
•¼ tsp salt
•1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
•⅓ cup vegetable oil
•1 egg
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•1 cup chopped dark chocolate or cacao nibs (optional)
