  • 1/2 cup chaga mushroom tea, cooled (brewed according to package instructions)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, for added heat

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cooled chaga mushroom tea, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
