•1 tbsp olive oil
•4 cloves garlic, minced
•1 small onion, finely chopped
•1 can crushed tomatoes (400g)
•1 cup heavy cream
•1 tbsp infused Chaga Mushroom powder
•1 tsp dried oregano
•Fresh basil and parsley for garnish
•Salt and pepper to taste
•Cooked pasta of your choice
1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing until softened and fragrant.
2.Stir in the crushed tomatoes, and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
3.Slowly add the heavy cream, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
4.Add the Chaga powder, oregano, salt, and pepper, mixing thoroughly. Let the sauce simmer for another 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
5.Toss your cooked pasta in the sauce, making sure it’s fully coated. Garnish with fresh basil and parsley.
6.Serve hot and enjoy this earthy, nutrient-rich pasta sauce!
