  • 1 cup brewed Chaga mushroom
  • 1/2 cup chopped papaya
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 2-3 kumquats, sliced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup chopped mango
  • 1 nectarine, pitted and chopped
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 passion fruit, pulp removed
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries


  1. Brew 1 cup of Chaga mushroom according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. Add the cooled Chaga mushroom to a blender along with all the other ingredients.
  3. Blend on high speed until everything is smooth and creamy.
  4. If the smoothie is too thick, add more Chaga mushroom or coconut milk to thin it out.
