- 2 salmon fillets, skin-on

- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

Instrucciones:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the brewed chaga mushroom tea, soy sauce, honey, minced ginger, and garlic. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let the salmon marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- While the salmon is marinating, prepare the roasted vegetables. Toss the sliced bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, and broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly browned.
